OVERVIEW
Orders are processed and shipped using UPS within 1-3 business days (excludes weekends and holidays). Note that orders with multiple items may not arrive together. 
TRANSIT AND TRACKING TIMES
Our delivery partners' transit and delivery time differ from our shipping times. Transit and delivery times are approximate and subject to change. To track your order, an email containing a tracking number will be sent upon processing.
OUR RATES
DOMESTIC (United States)
Area rugs, runners, and oversized fragments ship for free, while framed art incurs a handling fee, and all furniture pieces ship at a flat rate. Unfortunately, we do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, APO/FPO/PO, or Puerto Rico. 
INTERNATIONAL (Canada)
Area rugs, runners, oversized fragments, and furniture ship at a flat rate. Unfortunately, due to its delicate nature, artwork does not ship internationally. 
REST OF THE WORLD
In light of the amplified shipping costs, this option is only accessible with a prior request for a shipping quote. Please specify the item of interest and get in touch with us, here providing all the necessary information for us to provide an estimate. 
PACKAGING
To ensure your product is shielded from any potential weather conditions, we package in soft packs, with the option of utilizing recycled or repurposed boxes depending on the order. 
CARBON NEUTRAL
We offer a nominal fee for carbon neutralization on your shipment. Click here to add this service.
TRANSIT, DELIVERY, DAMAGES
In the event a package is lost in transit, we will do our utmost to collaborate with our shipping partner to address the issue. If seven days have passed from the estimated delivery date, please contact us at hello@loomologie.com and allow us 10 business days so that we can open an investigation accordingly. If we are unable to settle the shipment after 30 business days, it will be declared as lost and a refund (minus the shipping fees) will be issued. In the event the lost shipment arrives after this, we will reach out for the package's return and/or for recovery of full payment (minus the shipping fees). Please note that Loomologie cannot be held accountable for package theft, loss, or any damages encountered during transit and/or upon delivery, or for any weather-related issues or shipping delays. Additionally, all Loomologie products are vintage or antique and, as such, each product has been documented and photographed to the best of our abilities. In the event your order has been damaged or delivered incorrectly during shipping, please get in touch with us at hello@loomologie.com within 8 hours of receiving the delivery. A photograph of the package from all angles, including the shipping labels and any damage to the goods inside and outside of the package is essential. If we are not informed within the stated timeframe, Loomologie may not be able to provide a suitable solution and the product must be accepted as is without further action. If the package or goods have been discarded before contacting us, no form of refund or resolution can be provided. Any refunds issued for the aforementioned circumstances shall be at the discretion of Loomologie and a service restocking charge of 25% may apply for goods not accepted upon delivery.
