RETURNS

All products of Loomologie are lovingly selected by hand, and one-of-a-kind in nature.  Each item is thoroughly inspected for its durability and quality. In the event you wish to make a return....

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in original packaging and in the same condition you received it.  To request a return, please email us within 24 hours from receipt of delivery to hello@loomologie.com to initiate a return request. Upon approval of the return request, a return authorization shipping label will be emailed to you.  Item must also be returned with receipt of proof of purchase and shipped no later than 24 hours from us providing the return authorization shipping label.

Due to the nature of our items, if you desire an exchange, we ask that you purchase what you'd like while it's available and then follow the return policy for the item you wish to return.  We do not offer an exclusive exchange only policy.  

Return Processing:

Upon receipt of returned item and inspection, we will issue within 7-14 business days a refund in the form of store credit only (less all shipping fees, and a 45% restocking fee deduction).  Items returned to us without a return request initiated within 24 hours & approved, the receipt of proof of purchase, unapproved return, damaged return, or without our return authorization shipping label are considered unauthorized returns and will not be accepted or processed as a return or provided refund.

Any item received as wholesale

Rug Pads (warranty or rug pad issues are direct through partnering company)

Any sale or clearance item
